Fwank started ramming Kimi when i was alredy there and tried to help Kimi but fwank only disrupted me.

I reported Fwank because he towed Kimi without asking him something like "Need help" or something otherwise its ramming.

Does it really matter? The guy needed help and Frank assisted. Being a good citizen in my eyes.
Just like to point out something, you didnt ask if he wanted help either.

So that brings me to the question, why didnt you ask the user if he wanted help? You just started 'ramming' him too.
