2:19:44 - Julio is setup for a 'roadblock' while the suspect comes by (suspect went wrong side along with some of the other cops).
2:19:49 - Julio moved for a moment, which got me past his car, but he reserves, trying to ram, and forcing [COP] Nick off the road.
2:20:20 - Julio rams the chase purposely, hitting myself, and [6S] LOW [COP].
- Reason for report: Suspect was obviously trying to assist his friend (in the same group) get away from the cops. He was surely not obeying the rules and being a hindrance on the chase.
