The touch itself was more a very light scrape and he hardly felt it, so especially when somebody is rather busy like a cop in a chase such minor incidents can certainly be put behind each other without causing such fuzz, wouldn't you agree? Probably the reason why he got so mad, however still not acceptable. I will give him a confirmable warning to clear the problem up a bit. Action has been taken as described.
