Please be patient. Going to issue a final warning to this user for this offense. Although I personally feel you could have spoke to the user about this, as reporting should be the last stage of educating a user. He didn't endanger anyone, and to be honest he didn't exactly do it for a long period of time. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
