This user didn't pay attention to any other player, he didn't only cause crashes accidentally, but also rammed people deliberately. He did break many rules in a span of 15-20 mins not even caring about anyone. 2. I did something wrong too, I swore for losing 60km 40mins chase because of this user. Sorry for that.
