G27 shifter - Sadie - 2014-05-02 18:20
I have a similar problem with my g27 gear shifter, as i had before i got it changed last year.
When i try to change to 5th, 6th or reverse i need to do it multible times before it changes. Does anyone have a fix for this? As said, i got a new one last year, because a similar problem (it diddent change to 2nd and 4th gear on first try).
My guarantee for my g27 is over, but is it on my new shifter too?

I had that only with my reverse gear, don't know what causes it. I just went to the shop and they gave me a new G27.

Even though I'm not a wheel specialist, try these:
- Test the G27 on different games. If the issue is isolated to a specific game, the issue might be tied up to the game configurations.
- Unplug the shifter from the wheel and check it's connector. Check for any bent pins. Unplugging and plugging the shifter to the wheel can also "reset" it.
- If possible, test your wheel on a different computer or on a console.

I have tried that, i have also opened Logitech Profiler but its the same problem.
Second one:
It worked..
Well, we will see how long before it get broken agian..

That's great. If it happens again, contact the Logitech Support team from the country of yours.

call logitech , tell them you had it for a year , and just give them the wheel details , they will change it for new one , as you said you changed it last year on warrenty i guess , evertime you change the wheel from warrenty , they give you another 2 years , i use to be consernd about it , but i realised that the is a system around it wich i have explained

I just got a new shifter, not the whole wheel
