● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)

23:45 - nofy quite clearly isn't moving for sirens and the whole chase goes past him without him even reacting. He claimed he had "damage" on his car, but all I see is a damaged suspension, he was moving pretty easily before the chase got to him. He then goes on to say sorry but in a way that makes it seem like he doesn't care; "haha sorry cop".

25:57 - nofy is pushing a car, probably to the pits; not exactly a good idea to go that slow on a Highway might I add. He basically does exactly the same thing as he did before and doesn't even move for the sirens, and the consequence is exactly the same with me hitting him...

He then went on to not care about these two incidents and gave us a "heh." and just had a general bad attitude afterwards.

User had a complete disregard for sirens and didn't give a damn after.

Cheers.

RE: Report - nofear85 - Val - 2014-05-04 16:10

Hello,

His attentions was to help that flipped car,

At the first timestamp, he was about to do a u-turn on the highway, he was driving on the wrong side at this moment then he noticed the traffic coming, so he pulled to the right side of the road to avoid a possibly massive crash. He could have lost the sight of the sirens at this moment and if I was in his case, I could too.
Then the chase came to his height very quickly, he slowed down and used his brakes gently. If he would have moved more to the grass, he could have crashed into Enty or Wings there, as they were overtaking from his right.

At the second timestamp you provided, he was pushing the car because the car couldn't move itself, hence the slow driving. Then the high speed chase came very quickly to his height, and if he would have moved to the side, he could have crashed into another cop overtaking on his right.

What is the best between a road blocked by the width of a car and a road blocked by the width of two cars?

I believe his reaction was at his best and doesn't worth an admin action.

At the two crashes, you didn't show any attempt to avoid the player, you just drove into him the eyes closed.

I noticed that you were really annoyed, don't you think you made that report out of the irritation ?

What do you mean here, "was at his best"? I don't know what you mean by that, it certainly wasn't "at his best" as he had a bad attitude. If that was at his best then he must have a problem.

The first crash I had two other cops in front of me, my vision was completely blocked. I had virtually no time to react, going at 100-120 mph isn't exactly easy to slow down is it? I can't see how I could've avoided him with milliseconds to react.

No I know I didn't make this out of irritation, I wouldn't bother. However, I made the report simply because he did this twice, showing that he had no regard for our chase basically. Fair enough when towing the car the second time around it would've been harder to react but he could've possibly gone on to the grass knowing that he'd be travelling at this speed.

I was also annoyed at his attitude afterwards, don't know how you can defend a person that didn't seem to care.

I meant his reactions at the moment of the facts : his driving.

This is what I wanted you to point,

This is a basic rule for a cop, honestly, driving at this speed and close to a cop is dangerous. The cop infront moved to avoid the accused and you didn't have the time to react, this happened twice, despite there was enough room to overtake the player.

I'm just being as fair as possible between the parties. Wouldn't you like being treated like I am doing for him if you were in his position ?

Chatlogs :

I hardly see anything bad about his behaviour, what's wrong too with the "Haha" when he apologised for a banal accident ? I fail to see how it was that outrageous as you are pretending.

Before making moral lessons, clean up infront of your door before attempting the same to the others.

RE: Report - nofear85 - Connor - 2014-05-04 18:15

Well if you saw after the first incident he just said, "haha sorry cop". Not the best of sorries is it? Just made it seem like he didn't care about what just happened.

Not trying to preach a moral lesson at all, Val.

RE: Report - nofear85 - Val - 2014-05-04 18:31

Maybe, he was enjoying about the crash, hence the "Haha", and he felt atleast sorry for being an obstacle for you ?

I cannot see how it worth an action with all the above, I'm denying the report and it will go to the archives.

No action has been taken for reasons described.

Thank you for your report.

It has now been moved to the archives.
