Here at Street Obsessions, we have big things in the works. We've been literally flooded with questions regarding recruitment. In order to cope with demand, we here will be restructuring the team to cope with increased demand, and future growth.
Firstly, I'm glad to announce that the "Core Member" rank will be renamed to "Mentoring Assistant". The role of the Mentoring Assistant will be dedicated to helping recruits, particularly in answering any queries recruits may have, and generally monitoring and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Secondly, we're pleased to announce a number of promotions!
We're pleased to announce that SO●Mufflord has been promoted to Assistant Leader, due to his leadership and entrepeneurial skills consistently shining through, especially regarding event planning. As such, it is my pleasure to place him in such a position where these skills can be effectively harnessed.
We're pleased to announce that SO●Kenwood has been promoted to Senior Member, due to his continued loyalty and activity to and in the team.
We are also pleased to announce that SO●TigR and SO●Bruno have been promoted to the position of Mentoring Assistant, due to their time within the team.
Also, I'm happy to announce that SO●Bruno has also adopted the title of Street Obsessions' official Beer Minder!
We regret to announce that SO●Max913 has been demoted to Member, due to inactivity.
Next, we're happy to announce that a recruitment selection process will be opening this time tomorrow! There will be 5 positions available, and we encourage all who wish to sign up, to do so as soon as possible. The thread will be posted tomorrow, so be sure to check back here then with regards the Recruitment process!
