This was purely driver error on both sides, and he was already out of the turn and onto the high street, why he stopped i have no idea. You should of drove off and then parked somewhere safe to talk to him, but no you decided to reverse upto him, then block him, and also hit into him. Im sorry but you are both at fault there. The 11:03.00 timestamp incident this is a full on ram, which could be out of revenge due to you provoking him and blocking him wanting an apology. This however does not excuse the fact he rammed you. Now given his URS entries a warning is not aprropriate and should not of reacted the way he did. A ban will be given Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
