RE: Report - Saico - BP - 2014-05-22 18:20

Incident around the 36:14 mark regarding pulling out:
Your reactions were not the best (in terms of braking/driver anticipation) however it was technically his fault. What he did looked somewhat intentional mainly due to his overall attitude on the server towards you, and his lack of an immediate apology.

Incident around the 36:14 mark regarding the PIT manoeuver:
Looked somewhat intentional. (Largely the) same principle as above.

The fact he apologised for neither of these incidents (except for that redundantly late bind), but instead showed he generally doesn't care, would generally indicate that these were intentional.

Regarding the roadblock at 39:58 amongst the [MAC]s. I've honestly no idea what they were trying to pull.
  • E-Train randomly pulled against the wall, blocking the road. Said nothing about the incident.
  • Don followed E-Train's manoeuvre, thus further blocking the road.
  • Saico just stopped in the road and actually had the least involvement. Then again, he did prevent most of the chances of avoiding the road block by the other two.

Don apologised for what happened, E-Train did not. Again, Saico just shows he does not care about anything.

Punishments:
  • Saico received a three day ban.
  • E-Train received a warning.
  • Don received a warning.

Action has been taken as described.
