Nothing there - Don - 2014-05-23 07:40

Hello,

I just logged in on the forum and got a warning I think this is ment to Saico as he had a forum report. Is that correct or have I done something wrong yesterday? Because if I think back I only drove around a bit following E-train who drove a little bad.

You were part of a roadblock which caused obstruction, and this is not long after a clear warning from another admin for similar.

A warning to me?

RE: Nothing there - BP - 2014-05-23 07:43

The only thing I personally saw you do bad was participate in what seemed to be a roadblock which caused some problems on the road. I'm glad you apologised at the time, but the (quite strict) warning was because of what happened not long before (where you were given a warning).

It is nothing to feel bad about, but just try and be sensible in the future. Smile

Wait in the report of Saico is the replay right? I will check it out Wink

Alright I checked it out. It was that E-train just bought a G27 and he is American so he and Clutch are not good friends. So as he tried a U-turn he was to slow in steering stalled and so I came behind him and stopped. It was not on purpose a roadblock. It was an accident.

Correct, and your negligent driving caused an accident despite you being warned for this not so long before. This is just a warning to be careful in the future. E-Train also got a warning because he was part of an obstruction and he did not apologise. To me, it just looked like you wanted to park behind him and make even more of a mess, but intentional or not, your negligent driving helped with the obstruction in the road.

Server Rules Wrote:1.2. Do not crash or ram other cars deliberately.

This includes negligent and reckless driving, provoking accidents, for example blocking the track, doing stunts or doughnuts on the road and so on.
I think this is summed up nicely here.

Please note if this was your first time (i.e. no recent warning), I probably would have given you complete benefit of the doubt (no warning), but since it isn't, I gave you about half of the benefit, a warning as opposed to an actual punishment.
