1:20:59 - Despite the fact he's in a chase himself, still has no respect for another one.
1:22:00 - Wrong sides on Highway 1 and rams oncoming traffic.

Rams oncoming traffic and doesn't even apologise - he instead finds it funny. Then the discussion was:

He has been causing havoc all afternoon and just generally getting on everyone's nerves.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
User interfered with a chase, he crashed into the cops in that chase and never apologised. Although he failed to apologise for his crash on the highway, when he drove on the left side here. His last comment is not acceptable too, therefore he will serve a ban.
