Do I have to own the "going east" expansion?
Can someone publish the launcher exe and dll on dropbox? Cba to go through the download procedure each time (changing profile privacy etc)

You dont have to own GE expansion. These zones will just remain unavalable for you, that's all.

From what i remember you need to do the steam login thing, otherwise the server won't add you to the whitlist. Not sure they have changed that, but if it doesn't work then it's most likely that.

I did that in the past. But I cba to do it every time they publish a new version, as in only need to replace the exe and the dll.
