Here I came up with the idea that it would not be bad to make bank, but on this principle. You can take / raise money and also you can / have to pay the same amount, 40-60% higher.And the price you have to pay back in a few days.
It's better than you are taking from someone players and later he returns for who knows how many days or even months.

Alright, I get the idea of a bank, but would you be able to elaborate on this quotation? I don't understand it if I'm honest.

At the end of the day people appreciate the hard work one does to obtain cars/earn money. I wouldn't like a "Bank" being placed in the server.
