You have been trained a total of 5 times, 4 basic trainings (3 of which you have failed) and 1 advanced training. We only allow 3 basic trainings with exceptions. You have had plenty of chances and shouldn't be loosing your rights any more. Feel free to re-apply however, if you do so it will be put under discussion within the training team management whether we allow you to take training again.
