Some of those were hilarious, but the guy who drove over the lady with SUV, that just shows how stupid some ppl are..

Indeed, there is a lot of stupid people driving drunk/high or even too tired and falls a sleep behind the wheel

1. A car was blocking the view
2. The kid is small, and right in front of the SUV, which makes her even harder to spot.
