Forced in imprisonment ( Kept the girl inside the vehicle)
Theft of vehicle (Girl revoked the use of the vehicle)
Trespassing (Says it all)

The fact that he faces a fine of £100k is ridiculous, most people at the age of 20 isn't going to be able to pay that sort of money back

The guys an idiot. I'm sure he never expected this much attention but then don't do such an idiotic thing. He knew what he was doing he could have pulled over in the pits and explained he'd got lost or something but instead he choose to join the track and cause a red flag. I think he deserves everything he gets and there needs to be a thorough investigation as to how this happened in the first place.
