Only if they have been previously revoked by an Admin for an offence. You have completed the test already so read the guide and you are ready to go for practical training Your rights are currently safe and you have a licence so you are able to cop without training however, it is advisable to take training especially if you are relatively new or unaware of the way it works. Must've overlooked something then I have read the Police Guide and understand it. I will do my best to be a good example to civillians and make sure that the rules are followed.
