Hello, The fine was valid, you were driving with a vehicle that is not roadworthy / unsafe to drive. Tyres were in a bad state in this case and that is fineable. In the real life, cops may issue a fine for that too especially for the tyres. It is the game of the cat & the mouse. No action has been taken for reasons described. Thank you for your report.
