After a police chase i got fined and as i went to drive off i still had the car in gear and reversed into the COP. I didn't mean to and for some reason i got banned but i did not see the ban when i come back to my screen so i don't even know how long my ban is? On all of these occasions the cops were parked/stationary. You also called the cops 'gay' after the second chase. Your ban is for 7 days. You will not be unbanned.
