You are permitted to use minor force/physical contact to evade arrest, but no more than the force cops are permitted to use on you. See 5.4.
Cops are not allowed to do this on suspects, therefore - according to the rules - it is an illegal way of Nick trying to escape.

That was a blatant ram, seeing his long history, he pushed his luck too far and I still can't believe that he is still able to access the servers. He will now receive an appropriate ban.
