He uses horn4, crashes repeatedly and wrongsides on the AB to hit me.

Confirmed. Caused a lot of crashes and failed to apologise for most of them.
I have given him a short ban and a confirmable ingame warning.
And Nick you can't use the [MED] tag without a skin, doesn't matter if you want secure a crash site. Without skin you can not do so.
