[FIXED]Black screens after 10 minutes of strong usage - Speed - 2014-07-24 16:48

So I think my GFX really died now , first getting shitty fps and now I'm getting black screens after playing a game/movie.

My monitor's go on standby when I get black screens.
Is this really my GFX or something else?

Drivers are up to date.
CPU 55C , GPU 65C
My setup for as far as I can remember when I build it :

AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series
i7 950 @ 3.07GHz
Corsair SSD 230GB
Asus ''...'' motherboard
Corsair 6 GB RAM
Corsair H100

From what I have found I need to update my i7 drivers .
Well there is a update avaible but the intel site says : The file that you are trying to download has either been moved, renamed or archived
When I go on the download page I just get back to the updater Closedeyes
I need version :
9.4.0.1017

Are you sure its not version 9.4.0.1027? I googled the version number you wrote and got that, download works fine for me.
