● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) i've being chased by dino and many others cops , and dino was always ramming on my door .. on my rear etc .. and after busting me he fined me for careless driving , giving me the max fine (100€) then he fined me again for speeding (60€)

I've never rammed you.
And you complain that I block you? Isn't this my job if you try to escape?

If the chase ended, it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.
You overtook me with a drift, therefore the careless driving fine.
Afterwards you were driving like 83 kph in the 70 kph zone, therefore the speeding fine.

You was able to block me by pushing my car rear (RAM) which make me lose control , then you block me and bust me after that , you fined me me after that for careless driving & Speeding when my car was fully destroyed

All these maneuvers (or pushes) were valid, cops can use light force as long as it's tactical and if that doesn't cause any damage to the suspect's car. One time, it looked like it was an accident, but I won't take an action for the reasons I just described.

This is the first fine :

Then you passed him in a rather aggressive way (nearly gave a push, sliding...), then the fine of 100€ for careless driving was valid.

If you've been caught for speeding, then, he was in his rights to give you a ticket.
