Sam326 Unban request (Unban Request Denied by Warped) - Sam326 - 2014-08-10 18:25 ● Your LFS Username: Sam326 ● Time & Date of Incident : 10/08/2014 19:18 ● Replay / Screenshot Link: No replay ● Replay Timestamps: ● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: I have only these past couple of days started playing lfs again, i tried to join the server today and received a ban yet i have done nothing wrong, at the time that the ban was issued i wasnt even on the server, as i said no replays due to receiving an offline ban. The reasons for which are as follows: - Insulting language - Continually breaking server rules. The admin who issued your ban has been contacted and will reply soon. Thanks RE: Sam326 Unban request - Sam326 - 2014-08-10 20:47 Thanks for the reply, im unsure on the insulting language part of this, i never speak in server, only to Fake yesterday which was just a normal conversation about cars, I did ram a couple of people which was let go and i was told it was my last ever warning and since this i haven't rammed anyone so am just confused as to why i have been banned again. Now to the ban itself, you were constantly harassing another player in the server by following (even when being told to stop), brake cheking and ramming him. When this wasn't enough for you, you continued to find other users, and using the aforementioned three malicious actions on them. Multiple users reported your behaviour, nobody was pleased with it. Do you have anything to comment on above? RE: Sam326 Unban request - Sam326 - 2014-08-11 09:26 I would just like to ask why i was banned after i had been told by one admin that my actions were being let go and it was my last warning, then to be banned by a different admin, I would just like to apologise and as i said after these actions i actually started driving normally around on tc and was enjoying it, i was not ramming anyone and i hope i can be unbanned as i did actually enjoy tc better than other cruise servers, Thanks. RE: Sam326 Unban request - Warped - 2014-08-11 11:43 After all of the ramming related incidents you were driving a whole 2 minutes before you disconnected the TC server. During the day when all of this happened, your main objectives were to harass other players, ram them and cause a general nuisance. Frankly, what you said is just dancing with words. Your Online Graph says, that you haven't been online since your last bans for exactly same offenses. This means, you have not learnt anything about your bans and warnings. This affects the decision-making. At the current state, you are not going to get an unban. You have still a chance to appeal bans; in the Unban Appeals section in the TC forums you can create a new thread regarding your unban and it will be looked into by [TC] Management. Please read the "Read Before Posting" thread in the sub-forum very carefully, as there is a little downside if your unban appeal gets denied. Unban Request Denied
