Please be patient. I've looked at the replay and I don't think he was intentionally blocking or stopping you from moving, you actually got yourself stuck by not stopping and trying to barge your way through while he was trying to move. Once you were stuck he tried to move several times but failed and gave up thinking he was stuck, he also apologised to you for not being able to move. Please take more care when passing other users, he did not have enough time to react to you and was trying to move, you made no attempt to slow or stop therefore no action will be taken here. No action has been taken for reasons described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
