Description of Incident: I was in a chase with [COP] Tomiy and it was going fairly smoothly until we reached the autobahn. He tried a PIT on me however he realised it was dangerous then fell back. However, he then proceeded to try and PIT me again but failed and managed to hit half of my car at 120mph, pushing me into the barrier and causing me to flip on the autobahn and lose the chase.

He also didnt apologise after and refused to admit to his mistake

In my opinion the maneuver was fine, it was just unfortunate for you that the cars would react like they did and slam you into the wall. The thing i'm more concerned about is the fact that Tomiy wrong sided quite a considerable distance back to your flipped car, he will receive a short ban for this since he should know better by now.
