- 1:28:47, he starts to push a little on me, so i get busted

ＵＯＬＵＷＳ Δ, helps the cops to bust me without them asking or anything.
And he also overtakes Spark. in other words, hes interfering with a chase

Confirmed, he also might've not realised it's against the rules.
