Heyho

Have you noticed the lfs.net page is a fully new one? It now has hosting for servers + Forums and everything integrated. Also a tab where it shows which servers have started a race and who wont etc.

Your lfsforum profile now also includes your latest races and some info about lfsworld

Looks good, but i personally don't like the integrated forum. It looks cramped and takes away usability, while adding nothing of value.

Wasn't necessary to change IMO. The old website looked quite aesthetic.

Agreed they prioritize the wrong things, but it's made now and I quite like it. The previous one was getting a bit old.

Web is done by Victor and mapping is done by Eric. So i doubt there was any productivity loss.

The new site looks like some sort of blog, rather than a website tbh.
I agree on the integrated forum, it looks cramped and doesn't really add anything. I'm not a fan of integrated forums anyway.

Was no need to change it really, but it's good to see they're looking for things to improve.
The forum needed an upgrade, but not this type.

I preferred the old website design, this is still a bit Web 2.0 but hey, change is always good. I guess I've been used to the old one for over 10 years so it might take a bit of getting used to.

Well, apart from that I think they shouldn't focus on anything besides updating the game itself, I really like the website as well as the integrated forum. Looks very nice and modern. Easy to navigate, everything makes good sense and they have some nice features. I find it nice that the main page is a bit 'bloggy', as that's what they did on the old website too. They blogged about what they change in the official updates. I really like it.
