After the chase I told him what did he not understand from not interfering with chases, he just said relax.. Please be patient. Although the user did hit you, he was braking to slow down. However this could have been done a little earlier and he should have apologised for hitting you. He will be given a confirmable warning to slow down earlier and apologise when hitting somebody. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
