I didn't really check your timestamps, since it was a short replay I just watched pretty much the whole thing and sped up the bits where nothing happened. Everything considered, he will receive a 2 week ban for multiple and intentional rams, one of the most obvious rulebreaks possible. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
