Just installed the Windows Phone 10 Dev. Preview!

I'm quite impressed with it, I wouldn't say it is amazingly different to WP8.1 style wise, but it does look much smoother and cleaner, polished is probably the best word, and so far it runs very nicely without lag, however it does sometimes stumble and not open things for 10 seconds.

I was considering buying a newer larger model of Lumia, and seeing how this OS looks and feels has pretty much sealed the deal.

I've had a few problems here and there, a main one being not being able to connect to any Wi-Fi network (and there also for some reason not being any internet browser in this build), all of which I imagine will come in good time (unless it's already fixed and I need to reupdate), but apart from that it's really nice.

The phone prior to the home screen on boot appears exactly the same with the "NOKIA" logo appearing first and then the Windows logo following, but with an addition of text on the Windows logo screen - "NOT FOR RESALE" placed on the lower left corner.

The phone shutting down appears the same too, except the letter G in the "goodbye" text is now capitalized (I don't think it was prior anyway).

For some reason i can't find the upgrade icon? Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me? If you had this problem, how did you fix it? Thanks.

i downloaded 1 of the 2 required windows 7 update files and then it appeared on my taskbar.

Well, You'll need win 7 | 8.1 non RT Versions.

1) Check & Install updates
