Today I was banned for Following and overtaking a police chase, but I do not recall a situation where I did
all the time gave way to the police and tried not to hinder chases

This maneuver has not hindered the officer in pursuit
Please chance because there I led to the accident
Since the last Bana try to play with the rules respecting other players

I never said you did. You simply violated rule 1.5 and that + your history got you a lengthy ban.

You just got off a lengthy ban and are already breaking a pretty essential rule. You also got a few bans/kicks/warnings prior to this for basicly the same thing.

So why are you still not following the rules?

I had already a lot of warnings but it seems to me that since the last ban my behavior on the server improved and also my request of here
I know it will not be an argument that it was not pośnig intense.
Violation of this rule is a one-time prank and promises to stick to as far away from these situations

You certainly have gotten more mature in your unban request i will give you that.

So lets make a deal. I will reduce that ban to 7 days, however if you get caught breaking any major rule in the near future then this initial ban will be doubled to half a year - 180days. With your URS you are really on thin ice, so this will be your last chance.

Deal or no deal?
