15:20:00 - Rams me into my door, never said sorry i watched the replay and he braked only after he started to ram which in my opinion an intentional ram. After that others complained about him ramming but i don't have evidence of that. I know i was rolling a little but if he wanted to, he would avoid me!

Description of incident (inc Date & Time)
Intentional Ramming.

RE: Report - Skodaowner - Owl - 2014-10-12 16:04

Excuse me but you attempted to do a roadblock while I was coming, I did brake but still it was accidental. Why would i start ramming when I don't have an entry for ramming? The 2 I have are for accidental pitting into traffic and accidental wrong siding on AB. Therefore I have no right to start ramming and getting myself into a deeper hole.
Also looking at the replay AGAIN, i was correcting myself from sliding.
Then looking from your perspective your move was illegal doing a roadblock when i was coming.
Server Rules Wrote:4.5. Roadblocks
Cops may set up roadblocks to stop a suspect. Randomly placed roadblocks are forbidden. The car(s) forming a roadblock must not move after it is in view of the suspect.
Cops participating in the chase may request cops who are outside the chase to set up roadblocks. The outside cops may not participate in any way other than setting up the roadblock. (ie they must not help to box the suspect)
Also since you reported me, why are you a cop on TC? Your old account FamilyErmine5 had cop rights revoked.....

Apologies for the incident though.

RE: Report - Skodaowner - Spark - 2014-10-12 22:21

I think you bringing this up is just not a good idea. TC admins keep track of everything, i have passed both Basic and Advanced. I see your trying to get me into trouble but i am clean, i follow rules so lets get back on topic... You rammed me and never apologized which is just looking like an intentional ram. For which reason you have been reported!

RE: Report - Skodaowner - Owl - 2014-10-12 22:47

They can't keep track if you create another account and they don't know, besides that you made an illegal roadblock which resulted in me going into you. Also can you read?
Cameron T Wrote:Apologies for the incident though

You are not clean either your old account has had bans and you had cop rights revoked on it!

Why would you reverse into my path Spark? So you could report me? IMO this is a useless report since I have already apologised in the previous post therefore case dismissed. It would only get you into trouble Spark. Think of it as me cutting you some slack rather than you having q risk of losing cop rights again!

May as well just close this thread. It hasn't resolved anything.

Yes I can read i am doing higher level English in school so I can read very well. I will leave it here for a TC admin to solve this.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

RE: Report - Skodaowner - Saphira - 2014-10-13 07:29

At 15:01:92 Spark attemtps a PIT on suspect (Cameron) but it fails to materialize and goes wrong, this results in Spark driving into the barrier causing considerable damage and steering loss and the car is practically non controllable from that point.

Between 15:24:18 and 15:27:05 Spark is still trying to regain control of his car, which when Cameron appears by the side of his door it does look like a Roadblock was placed, however this is not the case, it was purely the fact he trashed his car to the point it was undrivable.

At 15:25:90 Camerons view was blocked by [COP] Goofy, once his view was clear Spark was very close and Cameron just happened to drive into him. This was not intentional and purely the fact the drivers view was obscured.

He would of only had a short time to see you, then brake, however Camerons reaction where to slow which resulted in him hitting into Spark and upturning his very damaged car.
Cameron should of apologized.

I am going to take no action with this report, but in future please drive more cautiously guys, this was purely driver errors, severely damaged car and late reaction errors. Please also choose cars to [COP] in that you can control.

No action has been taken for reasons described.

Thank you for your report.

It has now been moved to the archives.
