And the URS entries this year alone are 35 entries long [reports/restrictions/cop rights/warnings/kicks/bans]. Most people never accumulate that many entries in their whole time being here.

Sir,I know that you are angry at the moment,but take a look,first time in this year I get ban/report,Im so sorry for that what I made and Im sure that I will try to avoid all cars on layout,but...How many times people WW any hit me,how many time someone can get ban if i report them and I dont do that,because i want to all people play on this server and Im first who dont want trubles.I just want play and have fun...

I am not angry at all, not saying there isn't anything that bothers me but this one certainly isn't one of them.

It wasn't that you were constantly having accidents due to poor driving. The problem here is that you intentionally blocked the road twice for an extensive period of time. In that time you caused a lot of accidents and a lot of frustration among other users.
One user even told you he was considering a report, but all you did was comment with a smiley bind and then continued on.

You are not being banned for a few silly wrongsiding accidents here. You are being punished for intentionally provoking accidents by stopping in the middle of the driving path. Rule 1.2 - The first time you even positioned your car sideways to do so.
Despite that, you are responsible for your own actions. Just because you see someone else breaking the rules, does not mean you can do so either.
We will never catch every rule that gets broken, but if people persist in breaking rules then we will eventually catch them. Wether you would like to support us doing so, is totally up to you.

You have been here for quite a while, so if you actually meant that you would play by the rules and not ruin other peoples experience on the server. I told you plenty of times to read the rules, so there is no excuse if you still haven't.
