I know that i could watch more out, but when he turned/aimed right into me, and not even gave any apologizes i choosed to report.

Well, you both did something wrong here.
You have joined the track without due care and forced incoming traffic into a very dangerous situation.
Haze however, made it even more dangerous by driving too fast.
I can't see any intent to crash into you. Haze's first reaction was to brake, quite heavily, and kept on braking all the time. I'd consider that steering as a mere intent to pass you on the right side combined with some misjudgement.
As I mentioned above, you both did something wrong, and if I see correctly, neither of you apologised. Even if you forget what Haze did, or did not, you have to take a certain amount of blame of which you should apologized for. Since you didn't, it's inappropriate to demand the other to so.
No action will be taken.
