Curly haired guy is Alan Davies, he's on it every week along with the host Stephen Fry. The others in this one (left to right) are Phil Jupitus, (Alan Davies), Andy Hamilton and Hugh Dennis.

Stephen Fry does all kinds of stuff...
actor, screenwriter, author, playwright, journalist, poet, comedian, television presenter, film director, and a director of Norwich City Football Club.
Just checked, he is in Sherlock Holmes, he plays Mycroft.
