Please be patient. 43:13 : Volontary Ramming, he had 3 seconds for brake and skirt my car.- He had time to brake and was braking but he steers towards you seeing an opportunity to hit you. He could have easily steered to the right near the grass and quite frankly it doesn't even look like he tried to brake to his fullest potential. No E-Brake and even lets off the brakes a couple times. 45:25 : As cop, speeding in a 120kmh area and driving at 145kmh and 140kmh.- He does speed after he pulls off doing 10mph over the speed limit where the limit is 75mph he does 85mph, he does notice though and starts to do the speed limit. Seeing as he has had no previous issues regarding this subject he will receive a stern warning stating to be more careful when braking and not to turn towards the suspect if you can't stop.
