He pulls me over and I got caught speeding. He doesn't say anything and gives me a fine for slow speed. I tell him about the wrong fine and he just doesn't say anything at all. I think I deserve a refund because this fine is obvisouly not the right fine, and that he didn't give me a reason for the fine or showed any laser. He did not have sufficient evidence to fine you for speeding - he did not !laser you while you were speeding. This might've been translation problems, he could've taken the fine as he saw "speed" in it. Qwerty22839 has been force-fined 50 €. Qwerty22839 has received a warning.
