I tried for serveral minutes to talk to him but no responce. I think that someone that doesnt speak isn't possible to drive around as a cop as they sometimes accure talking situations. He will receive a warning for it. Vdi102 has received a warning. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
