I went to undertake him but it caused a problem, as you can see. ● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) Tuesday 28th October @ 15:22 GMT. Yes it's only one time stamp, but the amount of times I've had to send move binds to this user in other chases, as well as generally disrespecting chases, I have had enough. Also, every single time I have confronted him, he just ignores all the messages and doesn't respond. Surely someone with 28,000kms should know the rules by now. Another ban will be issued but considerably longer. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
