All I get from the idea is "let's display a message saying SIRENS ON because I can't physically hear it".
I feel the concept needs a little bit of work before it's anything respectable.

As Daniel said, the concept is good, but it makes no use to us COP's in game because we can see and hear sirens already.
But this is obviously a work in progress so keep up the work and lets see the final project
