Although he has since gave me a refund (Only after another user telling him he is in the wrong) I would like an admin to remind him of the rules as before Barney corrected him, he was adamant he was right. He made a mistake and i reminded him again that he can't chase a user twice for one offence. He is aware of it now and sorry for the inconvenience. Will leave a small info on his urs, incase this repeats itself which i doubt. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
