Replay Timestamps: 42:10:00 He went to the left side when I was overtaking and caused a crash. Instead of applogizing he said "WTF" to me. I Checked the replay then tried to contact him.. I told him that it was his fault and he should have apologized, he said "report me"

The screenshots you posted make it look like it's his fault however you were the one at fault. Although he wasn't fully in the right lane (Which is not against the rules), he held his line and it was your mistake to try and overtake with such a small gap between him and the barrier, there was no turning into the left lane to block you.

I'm not taking any action on this report but i'd suggest you analyse a situation properly next time before you just downright report it, i'd also appreciate if you apologised to him for causing an accident and accusing him of being in the wrong.
