Problem with Directx - Polete - 2014-12-16 13:36

Hi!

I just installed windows 8 64b on my pc and once I had LFS I wanted to go try it. Then, there popped a screen saying I need directx and re-directed me to a website, http://lfs.net/dx9 so I downloaded directx and once I clicked on install it shows an error saying something related with search on my pc for "DXerror.log" and "DirectX.log" to find the problem.

I have tried some things I found on internet like changing version with regedit and some more but didn't work, if anybody can help me please.

What do "DXerror.log" and "DirectX.log" say, then?

It says this on Dxerror.log:

Sections are not initialized.

Both are repeated as many times as I tried to install it but in different hours
