After I sent 8000 to him, and copy the text and sent in chat box

Then i realize he dun have any fz5 with condition 71.8, except the one with 4.1,

After i sent him money, he sent 40000 to another saudi arab's player

He also said that I have asked to pay 8000 for that car on Teamspeak, but i never use Teamspeak.
I know it is our own responsibility to handle the risk when sending money, but I don't care about the money or refund, i just want to report this scammer and please give him some punishment.
Update: on 20:30:00 UK time, he connected again and admited he took my money (dun have replay caused saved on previous one, but you can check chat record)

The chatlogs back up your comments. It is clear he was aiming to scam you and that is not tolerated. It is an act of disrespect regarding rule 1.1. He did apologise however, it's still not acceptable.
After some discussion, all has been reverted, the money and car were returned and criminal has been warned that scamming is not tolerated and is disrespectful.
Hopefully all is sorted. As a bit of advise, please take more care during 2nd hand purchases. Also check the VIN ingame or via the market database before you purchase.
Action has been taken as described.
