(6.10) He never to the "stop" and i trothle becuase i think he will stop and i hit him.Were asking for a sorry but he say that it was my bad.

After investigating the replay I've come to a conclusion that you're both at fault.

The user you reported does have a history however, this looks like an accident which he should of apologized for because he should of given way at that junction BUT, you could of avoided the hit which caused him to flip onto his roof hence the conflict between you two.

Notice this:

You took your foot off the accelerator as you saw him pull out yet you then floor it back in again. No brakes at all nor a very good steering input, so I'm a little concerned here.

Due to the nature and speed of the incident a simple mature conversation would of solved this as in theory both of you should of apologized or taken responsibility as it's such a small accident therefore with you both being at fault I will take no action.


No action has been taken for reasons described.
