Description of incident (inc date & time): I were at server playing , and i saw " pipa is conecting " , so i writte " hai pipa " and when conect to the server i press enter, nothing more.. just want to ask why

Why do you use the User Report forum if it is not a report?
If you want to ask why you were kicked, consider using the private message function of the forum.
To PM someone, click on their profile and click "Send Pipa a private message."
