at 27:23 he didnt look map at all and ruined my chase
28:20 he ram himself and complains about me not my fault his crash.

It appears he was typing and then when he hit enter he tried to move, but instead accidentally caused an accident.
This would have been okay if he had said sorry afterwards.

He did indeed himself cause an accident, and implied it was your fault afterwards.
Paulius will receive a warning for this behavior, and for not apologizing when crashing someone.
