01:37 - Minor Speeding (Over 10% Leeway)
01:53 - Slows down (almost stops) blocking traffic behind him. Followed by said car spinning out/crashing only to catch up and be blocked/ cut off again. To me this seams like he is trying to anger drivers into breaking the law so he can chase them and get more money.
03:13 - Minor Speeding (Over 10% Leeway)
12:05 - Minor Speeding (Over 10% Leeway)
13:05 - Hits me a few times for no reason, as I said, he should have just asked me to move.
23:05 - Speeding (20+ MPH Over)
24:33 - Minor Speeding (Over 10% Leeway)
26:56 - Speeding (20+ MPH Over)
29:30 - Wrong Way
30:30 - Drifting/sliding, seemingly on purpose.
31:25 - Extreme Speeding (40+ MPH Over)
33:05 - Aggressive launch after fine was paid (30) by Nitro Power (razrulz1234) and speeding again.
33:43 - Minor Speeding (Over 10% Leeway)
34:30 - Ummmm I'll just let you see for yourself...
35:37 - Extreme Speeding (40+ MPH Over) + reckless/aggressive driving
38:42 - Severe Speeding in pitlane (30+ MPH Over)
44:23 - Severe head-on crash with another vehicle (officer in chase going wrong way on highway, hit vehicle not involved in chase) No sorry from Glen, all he said was "why you did that".
45:00 - Speeding (20+ MPH Over) + Wrong Side (could have been avoided if he wasn't speeding)
45:37 - Wrong way (grated after a spin out) and Severe Speeding (30+ MPH Over)
45:55 - Ridiculous Speeding in pitlane (50+ MPH Over)
Description of incident (inc date & time): April 13th, 2015 @ ~2-3PM PST Details are all laid out in the time stamps.

Hello,
First off, thanks for the extra care you took with the time stamps, it is much appreciated and helps save time for us!
After checking all of the time stamps, I was considering a warning for the obvious speeding, but he's already had a warning, and some of the speeding, like on HW2 (180kp/h in a 120kp/h zone) is absolutely inexcusable, and after a warning he should know we don't allow it.
Glenhoeyke will have his [COP] rights revoked due to his constant speeding and overall careless driving.
